Vendor Replenishment Planner

About the role

This position sits at the heart of Danone's supply chain, acting as the bridge between Woolworths and Danone for the yogurt portfolio. You will own end‑to‑end order replenishment, maintain data integrity, support short‑term forecasting and drive supply‑chain improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock replenishment and order placement, balancing inventory across the customer’s network.
• Communicate supply‑chain changes to internal and external stakeholders to protect service levels and stock availability.
• Align Metcash and Danone commercial and supply teams on short‑term demand forecasts and inventory targets.
• Lead regular business‑planning and collaboration meetings to improve service, inventory and efficiency.
• Plan and execute introductions of new products, promotional activities and discontinuations while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.

Required profile

• Dynamic, self‑motivated planner comfortable in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
• Strong ability to achieve results, engage with diverse stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Professional, persuasive influencing skills and a can‑do attitude.
