Transaction Banking Specialist – Business & Private Bank

About the role

As a Transaction Banking Specialist you will partner with Business & Private Bank teams to deliver tailored transaction banking solutions for new‑to‑bank SME and D&SI customers. You will work closely with relationship managers to design payments, cash‑management and professional‑service offerings that help clients run their businesses efficiently and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with bankers, product partners and support teams to design and deliver customized transaction banking solutions.
• Prepare and present pitch materials, support customer migrations to digital channels and educate clients on cyber‑security and self‑service tools.
• Lead high‑quality client engagements and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Share market and industry insights, especially around digital trends and cyber awareness.
• Elevate the Transaction Banking profile through thought leadership and excellent customer experiences.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of transaction banking solutions for SME and D&SI environments.
