Transaction Banking Specialist – Business & Private Bank (Brisbane)

About the role

The Transaction Banking Specialist will partner with Business & Private Bank teams to deliver customer‑centric transaction banking solutions for new‑to‑bank SME and specialised industry clients. You will help expand ANZ’s deposit‑led growth strategy by designing payments, cash‑management and digital banking solutions that drive sustainable funding and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver tailored transaction banking solutions for new‑to‑bank SME and specialised industry customers.
• Lead high‑quality customer engagements, including solution proposals, digital onboarding and migration initiatives.
• Educate clients on digital self‑service, payments innovation and cyber‑security best practices.
• Collaborate with relationship bankers, product partners and specialist teams to identify opportunities and accelerate sales.
• Provide market and industry insights and support the growth of funds under management and deposits.

Required profile

• Proactive problem‑solver with a growth mindset and strong communication skills.
• Solid understanding of transaction banking solutions within SME and D&SI environments.
• Excellent presentation, influencing and analytical abilities.
• Curiosity, adaptability and willingness to learn.
