Tour Specialist – Remote

About the role

Collette is looking for a remote Tour Specialist to join its Product Team. The role focuses on executing and maintaining operational accuracy and vendor management for land tour components across an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Build day‑to‑day tour line items in the operations system, assigning services, creating suppliers, attaching contracts and scheduling dates.
• Confirm tour components with vendors and record confirmations within the system.
• Maintain ongoing vendor communication, monitor service status and handle inquiries, issues, invoices and complaints.
• Audit tour components for accuracy, perform regular maintenance and update changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems that arise during the tour build process.
• Organise regular meetings to ensure operational consistency of vendor services with itinerary requirements.
• Collaborate with product, operations and territory teams to retain tour excellence standards and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Provide support in urgent or crisis situations as needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high‑level accuracy in complex operational data.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for regular interaction with buyers, product managers and internal teams.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and ability to handle urgent issues.
