Team Leader – Employment Services

About the role

Asuria is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee its Employment Services team across multiple sites in North West Melbourne. You will guide staff, develop strategic plans, and ensure participants receive high‑quality support to move toward sustainable employment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional Manager to create direction, strategic and business plans.
• Allocate assets and resources to meet operational and financial targets.
• Recruit, onboard, train and coach staff, tailoring support to achieve objectives.
• Develop and review individualized job plans for participants.
• Monitor participant engagement, participation and progress in the Employment Services system and company database.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an operational management role.
• Demonstrated experience in the Employment Services industry.
• High‑level verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, business and financial acumen.
• Effective time‑management and organisational skills.
• Valid Police Check and Working with Children Check (mandatory).
