About the role

Early Start Australia is looking for experienced speech pathologists to join its multidisciplinary team in Canberra on a subcontract basis. You will provide evidence‑based assessments and therapy to children with developmental delays, working both in clinic and community settings.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and deliver therapy sessions for children with developmental delays and disabilities.
  • Collaborate with families to set meaningful, achievable goals.
  • Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Required profile

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and SPA registration.
  • Experience working with children and young people.
  • Valid WWCC, NDIS Screening, Police Check, First Aid, driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Required skills

  • Strong communication and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to manage caseloads and schedule independently.
