Strategic Account Manager – Residential Builder Portfolio

About the role

A&L Windows & Doors is seeking a strategic, customer‑focused Account Manager to own and grow key residential builder relationships across South East Queensland. You will spend most of your time on the road, visiting sites, reviewing projects and acting as the primary point of contact for your accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with high‑volume residential builders.
• Conduct regular site visits, customer reviews and pipeline assessments.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and develop account plans.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
• Handle customer escalations and act as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Proven key account management experience in the construction industry.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Technical aptitude and product knowledge, preferably in windows and doors.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across teams.
• Understanding of industry and regulatory requirements.
