Storeperson – Aviation Logistics (Perth)

About the role

The Storeperson will be the backbone of the Civil Helicopters warehouse in Perth, supporting the Oil & Gas Platform (O&G PTF). Reporting to the Manager of MS&L, you will ensure precise inventory control and compliance with aviation regulations while enabling service delivery excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inbound inspections to guarantee 100% compliance with CASA, EASA and Airbus QMS standards.
• Oversee international and domestic freight movements between Perth, Europe and customer sites.
• Package and dispatch outgoing products according to destination and transport method.
• Monitor and control Dangerous Goods and consumables in line with Airbus requirements.
• Participate in quarantine processes and maintain documentation after Material Review Board meetings.
• Join an on‑call roster to provide Aircraft‑On‑Ground (AOG) support during and outside normal working hours.

Required profile

• Academic qualification in Logistics, Warehousing, Freight/Distribution or equivalent experience.
• Current Australian Forklift Licence (or ability to obtain quickly) and a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Proven experience in aeronautical logistics and warehouse operations.
• Understanding of aviation regulations (CASA/EASA) and ITAR compliance.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and contribute to continuous improvement.
