About the role
The S&S Banking Consultant provides high‑quality sales and service to customers through face‑to‑face interactions and inbound/outbound calls. You will handle everyday banking enquiries, support account openings and guide customers in using digital banking tools, ensuring a seamless and convenient banking experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver customer‑obsessed service that drives satisfaction and first‑call resolution.
- Provide accurate information on everyday banking enquiries, account openings and related processes via phone or online channels.
- Educate and support customers on using digital platforms for self‑service banking.
- Assist with digital onboarding, ensuring new customers have a smooth experience.
- Listen actively, build trust, ask the right questions and exceed customer expectations, contributing to strong NPS results.
- Maintain a balanced team culture focused on people, customer, risk and performance outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation, FSRA requirements and underwriting guidelines.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus with the ability to listen, build trust and ask insightful questions.
- Commitment to compliance with privacy, financial services regulations and internal underwriting standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team that balances people, risk and performance metrics.
