Social Media Manager

About the role

Archies Footwear is looking for a Social Media Manager to shape the brand’s global presence across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on content creation, ensuring the brand connects authentically with its community while supporting product launches and cultural moments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global organic social media strategy for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Build and maintain a proactive content calendar aligned with product launches, marketing events and cultural relevance.
• Identify opportunities for growth through experimentation and audience insight.
• Shoot, edit and publish native, mobile‑first video content using tools such as CapCut.
• Stay current on platform trends, algorithm updates and emerging formats.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, PR, Influencer and CX teams to amplify storytelling and guide community engagement.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, sentiment, growth) and deliver regular insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing organic social for consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of how social media supports broader brand and business objectives.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling and platform‑native thinking.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data to inform creative decisions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• CapCut (or similar mobile video editing tools).
• Sprout Social, Later or comparable scheduling and reporting platforms.
