Site Supervisor – Luxury Residential Builds

About the role

We are looking for a Site Manager to oversee 4‑5 custom luxury residential projects from slab to handover. The role is based in Brisbane and involves managing high‑end builds that are unique and challenging.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities across multiple custom residential projects.
• Coordinate trades, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor progress, quality and safety standards on each site.
• Manage handover process and client communication.

Required profile

• Current QBCC Supervisor’s Licence.
• Proven experience in custom residential construction.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine team mentality.
• Based in Queensland.
