Site Manager

About the role

AVID Property Group is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead on‑site construction activities for the residential community project Élan in Warner, QLD. This permanent, full‑time role requires hands‑on leadership to ensure homes are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors, trades and suppliers, coordinating daily site operations.
• Interpret building plans, regulations and relevant codes of practice.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company policies.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and conduct quality control inspections at all construction stages.
• Maintain site documentation, reporting and liaise with clients, inspectors and senior management.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Current Builders/Supervisors Licence.
• Proven experience delivering medium‑density residential projects in fast‑paced, volume housing environments.
• Solid understanding of civil infrastructure and building regulations.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and project management capability.
