Site Manager – Gippsland (Construction)

About the role

Due to growth in the Gippsland region, Sherridon Homes is seeking an experienced, organised, client‑focused Site Manager to join the team. The role will oversee the delivery of quality detached homes, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and ensure health and safety obligations are met on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities

• Successfully deliver quality homes for clients, meeting design and budget expectations.
• Schedule trades and subcontractors on site to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure occupational health and safety obligations are met each week.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship throughout all construction stages.
• Liaise with clients, providing excellent customer service and regular updates.
• Monitor and control the ETS budget, reporting variances as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in site management within residential construction.
• Proven ability to manage the building process from start to finish.
• Team‑player attitude with strong motivation and drive.
• Customer‑focused mindset with good communication skills.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to take ownership of projects.
