Service Attendant – FIFO (2 weeks on, 1 week off) in WA

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Service Attendants to join our FIFO villages in Western Australia on a 2‑weeks‑on, 1‑week‑off roster. No prior FIFO experience is required – the role offers a gateway into a rewarding hospitality career in the mining sector.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of accommodation rooms (“dongas”) and common areas.
• Assist in kitchen and dining services, including food handling and preparation.
• Clean offices, crib rooms, ablution blocks, and outdoor facilities.
• Provide customer service in village taverns or retail shops.
• Support general village operations and respond to ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Current residence in Western Australia.
• Ability to obtain a recent National Police Check (within 6 months).
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts, day or night, in remote, extreme‑weather environments.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Eligibility for pre‑employment medical, drug & alcohol screening, and unlimited Australian working rights.
• WA driver’s licence is highly desirable.
