Senior Solutions Consultant – HR

About the role

Rippling is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join its high‑impact team focused on the HR suite of products. This presales position works closely with sales, product, and engineering to demonstrate how the platform solves real HR and payroll challenges for prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to guide prospective clients through the Rippling evaluation journey.
• Understand clients' goals and technical needs, and clearly communicate how Rippling can support them.
• Lead technical demos and proof‑of‑concepts tailored to each customer’s business objectives.
• Create and maintain engaging technical content that helps users succeed.
• Provide product feedback that reflects the voice of the customer.
• Become a trusted expert in the Rippling platform and understand competitive differentiators.
• Contribute to building a supportive, inclusive, and high‑performing Solutions Consulting team.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in a presales or client‑facing technical role.
• Expertise in HRIS or HCM systems.
• Knowledge of payroll systems in Australia and New Zealand is a bonus.
• Clear, confident communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Growth mindset, curiosity, collaborative spirit, and proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• A degree or equivalent practical experience.
