Senior Project Manager – Early Phase Clinical Trials (Remote, Australia)

About the role

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead early‑phase clinical trials. The role is fully remote and supports our global portfolio, ensuring trials are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical trials from start‑up through close‑out, overseeing technical, financial, and operational aspects.
• Collaborate with functional area leads to identify and resolve complex project issues.
• Ensure all deliverables meet customer expectations for time, quality, and cost.
• Support business development by attending sponsor visits and participating in bid defense meetings.
• Maintain project budgets and financial forecasts.

• High level of responsibility and accountability in all tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to perform under demanding conditions.
• Thorough knowledge of project management processes and budgeting.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
