Senior Project Manager - Cartology

About the role

Join Woolworths Group’s retail media brand Cartology as a Senior Project Manager, driving strategic projects from concept to delivery. This permanent, full‑time role is based in Surry Hills with a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring they meet success criteria, timelines and budgets.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships, manage conflicting priorities and maintain alignment on scope and metrics.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, resources and deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops to define MVP scope, delivery schedules, costs and dependencies.
• Oversee cross‑functional teams, managing scheduling, risk, financial and quality aspects across all phases.
• Track project finances, report and resolve risks and issues, and produce clear deliverables, minutes and status reports for governance forums.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex, enterprise‑level IT projects in large organisations.
• Leadership of multi‑vendor, multi‑application delivery teams with strong cross‑business collaboration.
• Expertise in implementing and optimising ICT systems and leading technical, process and organisational change.
• Ability to tailor Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid frameworks to establish robust project governance.
• Strong business orientation, budget management and ability to navigate ambiguity.
