Senior Project Manager – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

PWC Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex, multi‑discipline program for a 12‑month contract. You will coordinate on‑shore and off‑shore resources, work across various back‑office functions, and partner with internal stakeholders to optimise processes and delivery models.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of the project from planning through implementation, monitoring milestones and reporting risks.
• Oversee multiple initiatives within an integration framework, coordinating resources across time zones.
• Develop comprehensive project plans addressing risks, dependencies, and communication strategies.
• Maintain an integrated delivery roadmap and manage cross‑project dependencies and constraints.
• Align project activities with global firm mandates while meeting local requirements.
• Implement a robust governance model to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
• Prepare and present regular status reports, risk updates, and leadership briefings.
• Drive change‑management activities, including stakeholder engagement and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex, multi‑discipline programs, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑location, cross‑organizational initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and delivery levels.
