Senior Inbound Marketing Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Inbound Marketing Specialist you will support the development and execution of CRM and customer‑engagement initiatives across multiple channels, helping to deliver a consistent, performance‑driven experience for Fever’s users.

Key responsibilities

• Activate customer data to design and run end‑to‑end CRM strategies using email, push notifications and in‑app messages.
• Continuously refine multi‑channel communications and retention tactics, applying best‑in‑class CRM practices.
• Assist the CRM Manager in defining the customer lifecycle, contact strategies and key segmentation.
• Set clear success metrics for campaigns, own weekly/monthly reporting and conduct ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM within mobile or web environments.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other ESPs such as Mailchimp or Sendgrid.
• Strong copywriting ability and fluency in English.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates.
