About the role

Grin Creative is seeking a senior graphic designer based in Melbourne to join its close‑knit team. The role involves collaborating with designers, art directors and clients to create tailored branding, print and digital solutions. You will be expected to lead projects from concept through to final artwork while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute across the full design process, from initial concept to final production.
• Collaborate on branding strategy and art direction with the team.
• Produce high‑impact visual designs for both digital and print media.
• Maintain design consistency and quality across all projects.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging tools, trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, web and digital design work.
• 7+ years of professional design experience.
• Experience with digital publishing platforms.
• Hands‑on proficiency with industry‑standard design software.
• Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and composition.
• Ability to solve design problems and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Illustration or animation skills are a plus.
• Team‑player attitude and good sense of humour.
