Senior Consultant – Technology in Deals

About the role

KPMG’s National Technology in Deals team supports clients across the entire deal lifecycle, from pre‑deal diligence to post‑deal integration and value creation. The Senior Consultant will lead and contribute to technology due diligence, integration, separation and value‑creation engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technology due diligence to assess applications, data, infrastructure, organisation, financials, resilience and cyber security of target companies.
• Design, plan and execute technology integration and separation programmes, including cost‑impact estimation, interim and target‑state design, and development of transition service agreements.
• Develop technology principles aligned with business strategy and support programme mobilisation and execution.

Required profile

• Enjoy collaborative teamwork and building strong internal and external relationships.
• Strong interest or experience in pre‑ and post‑deal activities such as technology due diligence and integration/separation planning.
• Ability to navigate strategic, commercial and operational issues to support business outcomes.

Required skills

• Technology strategy, architecture, operating model and tech‑stack design.
• Technology financial analysis and program design, management and execution.
• Knowledge of technology resilience, cyber security and technology risk.
