Senior Business Banking Manager – Commercial Broker & Origination

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Senior Business Banking Manager to drive new customer acquisition and deepen relationships with brokers, real estate agents, accountants and business owners. You will be part of a high‑performance team delivering whole‑business finance solutions and increasing funds under management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and leverage a deep network of broker and professional relationships.
• Drive a structured weekly operating rhythm to sustain strong sales momentum.
• Use data and insights to identify and engage potential and existing customers.
• Make cold calls as part of the acquisition strategy.
• Collaborate with internal ANZ stakeholders to provide comprehensive finance solutions.
• Support the growth of ANZ’s commercial division through new business development.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in business or commercial banking.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with external partners.
• Strong analytical mindset to use data for opportunity identification.
• Comfortable with proactive outreach, including cold calling.
• Team‑oriented with a collaborative approach.
