About the role

ANZ is looking for a Senior Business Banking Manager to join its Business & Private Bank in Adelaide. The role focuses on acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with brokers, real‑estate agents, accountants and business owners, delivering comprehensive finance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of brokers and professional partners to generate new business.
• Drive a structured weekly operating rhythm to maintain sales momentum.
• Use data and insights to identify and engage potential and existing customers.
• Make cold calls as part of the acquisition strategy.
• Collaborate with internal ANZ stakeholders to solve complex client problems.
• Deliver excellent customer outcomes and experiences, increasing funds under management.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience assessing and managing credit.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to prioritize customer and strategic needs.
• Ability to plan, organise and execute sales activities independently.
