Senior Business Analyst

About the role
As a Senior Business Analyst you will help ANZ improve its end‑to‑end complaints management, enabling the bank to spot issues earlier, act consistently and build greater trust with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse and optimise customer journeys and experiences related to complaints handling.
- Apply functional expertise in Business Analysis, Change Management, Business Process Architecture and related disciplines.
- Use data‑driven techniques to explore customer needs, develop innovative solutions, test outcomes and iterate.
- Collaborate across cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent execution and delivery.
Required profile
- Strong ability to leverage data and insights to design and deliver solutions.
- Flexible and adaptable in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
- Execution‑focused mindset with autonomous decision‑making and clear communication.
- Experience with Agile ways of working, including use of Jira and Confluence.
- Deep business analysis skills, including elicitation, requirement definition and problem‑solving.
