Senior Account Manager – Retail Account (On‑site, Melbourne)

About the role

Driscoll’s Australia is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead one of its key retail accounts from its Melbourne office. You will own the day‑to‑day management of the account, covering pricing, promotions, forecasting and order planning, while working to grow the category with our retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own a strategic retail account, driving performance across pricing, promotions, forecasting and order planning.
• Translate customer needs and market insights into practical category plans that respect supply and production limits.
• Build trusted relationships with retail partners and collaborate with internal teams to deliver results.
• Support category plans, promotional activities and new product launches to achieve sustainable growth.
• Communicate clearly, apply sound commercial judgement and follow internal processes.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in account management or sales within fresh produce or FMCG, preferably in a retail‑facing environment.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with retailers, growers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team or acting at a senior level within a sales function.
• Proactive, curious mindset with willingness to travel interstate as required.
