Road & Bridge Engineers, Designers and Drafters – Perth

About the role

Aurecon is seeking experienced professionals to join its Perth Infrastructure team. The expression of interest covers Road Engineers, Civil Engineers, Bridge Engineers, Bridge Drafters and Civil Designers (OpenRoads/MX) at mid to senior levels. You will contribute to a variety of challenging infrastructure projects across Western Australia while working in a flexible, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, analyse and deliver road and bridge projects from concept to construction.
• Produce detailed engineering drawings and models using OpenRoads and MX software.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, advisory groups and external stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.
• Support project teams on site and remotely, adapting to flexible working arrangements.
• Mentor junior staff and share technical expertise across projects.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering or design.
• Mid‑level to senior experience on infrastructure projects, particularly roads or bridges.
• Demonstrated ability to work in diverse, high‑performing teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
