Reward and Workforce Analytics Manager – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

FleetPartners is seeking a Reward & Workforce Analytics Manager on a six‑month contract to combine reward expertise with workforce analytics. You will support the annual remuneration review, build robust reporting, and provide data‑driven insights to senior leaders and the Board.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the annual remuneration review process, including salary recommendations, market benchmarking and communications.
• Develop and enhance workforce analytics, reporting and dashboards to turn people data into actionable business insights.
• Partner with People & Culture, Finance and business leaders to advise on workforce planning, talent decisions and organisational effectiveness.
• Support implementation of job architecture and remuneration frameworks, and manage governance activities such as WGEA submissions and Board reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering remuneration projects within an ASX‑listed organisation.
• Strong analytical ability with a commercial mindset and curiosity for data trends.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influence skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Finance or a related field.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
