About the role

Barry Plant Ballarat, a boutique agency backed by one of Victoria's largest real estate networks, is looking for a Residential Portfolio Manager. You will take ownership of your own portfolio with strong support, and the role suits someone who loves property management, values good relationships and wants to grow within a supportive team.

Required profile

Previous experience in residential property management preferred but not essential
Current Agent's Representative Certificate (or currently undertaking it)
Current Victorian driver's licence
Strong communication and organisational skills
A genuine team player with a positive, fun and can-do attitude
