Remote High Ticket Sales Associate (Commission Only)

About the role

We are seeking motivated High Ticket Setters to join our remote call‑centre team. As the first point of contact, you will engage qualified leads, spark interest in our property projects and schedule appointments for our Sales Consultants. The role is commission‑only and fully supported with training, systems and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to marketing‑qualified leads from our CRM.
• Build rapport and understand each client’s goals, needs and motivations.
• Discuss property projects and the Australian property market at a high level.
• Handle initial questions and objections professionally.
• Educate prospects and guide them toward the next step.
• Book qualified appointments with Sales Consultants.
• Log call outcomes, notes and follow‑ups accurately in the CRM.

Required profile

• Strong interest or passion for the Australian property market.
• Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Lead Generator or similar phone‑based role.
• Clear, confident and persuasive communication style.
• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
• Professional phone manner with strong objection‑handling ability.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working remotely.
• Resilient mindset with a hunger to earn uncapped commissions.
