Rehabilitation Consultant – Physiotherapy, OT, Exercise Physiology or Osteopathy

About the role

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions. You will help individuals and organisations achieve sustainable return‑to‑work outcomes across a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and manage the rehabilitation needs of workers with work‑related or non‑work‑related injuries or illnesses.
• Conduct functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily‑living assessments in your area of clinical expertise.
• Develop and coordinate case‑management plans to monitor client progress toward return‑to‑work goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA as an Exercise Physiotherapist.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy or Physiotherapy.
• Current Working with Children Check and willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check.
• Compassionate, client‑focused attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
