Rehabilitation Consultant (Physio, OT, EP, Osteo, SW, Psych)

About the role

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions, helping individuals and organisations achieve sustainable return‑to‑work outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Use specialist knowledge to support people returning to meaningful employment.
• Work within a multidisciplinary allied‑health team delivering services across the employee lifecycle.
• Evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers with work‑related or non‑work‑related injuries.
• Conduct assessments such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite and ergonomic assessments.
• Case‑manage client progress toward return‑to‑work goals.
• Engage with stakeholders to build strong partnership relationships.

Required profile

• Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA as an Exercise Physiologist.
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy or Physiotherapy.
• Current Working with Children Check and willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check.
• Compassion for people, focus on exceptional client care, and ability to work independently or in a team.
