Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist)

About the role

Konekt, part of the APM Group, is seeking qualified allied‑health professionals to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions, helping individuals return to meaningful employment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and determine rehabilitation needs of workers with work‑related or non‑work‑related injuries or illnesses.
• Conduct clinical assessments such as ergonomic assessments, initial needs assessments and scheme‑based assessments.
• Manage cases to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward return‑to‑work goals.
• Engage with stakeholders and build partnerships to support successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA (Nursing and Midwifery Board registration for nurses).
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant allied‑health field.
• Current Working with Children Check and willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check.
