About the role

Mercy Health is hiring a Grade 2 Registered Nurse for its facility in Ave Maria. This is a casual position working alongside a senior Registered Nurse on every shift. The primary focus is providing quality, client-centred care to residents, their families and carers, using a holistic approach.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide quality, client-focused care to residents, their families and carers, using a holistic approach.
  • Assess and monitor the physical and mental state of residents.

Required profile

  • Resilient, compassionate and committed to exceptional patient-centred care.
  • Ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Compassionate, flexible and positive approach to patient care and management.
  • Current Police Record Check and NDIS check, or in the process of obtaining them.
  • Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccinations consistent with public health orders.
