Regional Manager – Northern Australia

About the role

ACCIONA Geotech is seeking a Regional Manager for its Northern region, reporting to the Chief Operations Manager. Based in Brisbane, you will lead the largest growth sector, overseeing multiple project sites and ensuring profitable, safe, and high‑quality delivery of ground‑engineering solutions across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project teams, coordinate resources and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and regulatory bodies, resolving site issues promptly.
• Analyse new business opportunities, evaluate direct costs and make decisions on project acceptance.
• Facilitate transitions from pre‑contract stages to project delivery, tracking quantities and budgets throughout design and execution.
• Oversee estimating, project operations and resource allocation with support from central functions.
• Develop strategic plans, manage regional budgets and maintain high standards of client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in construction or ground‑engineering environments.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and drive a strong safety and operational culture.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across clients, subcontractors and regulators.
