Quality, Safety & Inspection Professionals – Renewable Energy Projects

About the role

Bureau Veritas is seeking expressions of interest for a range of quality, safety and inspection positions supporting a major renewable energy battery storage project in Newcastle, NSW. You will work alongside experienced project leaders, engineers and inspectors to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the construction and commissioning phases.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of a renewable energy infrastructure project from construction through commissioning.
• Conduct quality inspections, audits and surveillance activities across site operations.
• Monitor compliance with project specifications, quality requirements and industry standards.
• Identify non‑conformances, contribute to corrective actions and promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors and client representatives to achieve safe, high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Qualifications in Engineering, Construction, Quality, Materials Science, Safety or related discipline (preferred).
• Experience in renewable energy, construction, infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, site‑based team.
