Quality Engineer

About the role

TechnipFMC is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the development, improvement and deployment of its Quality Management System (QMS). This is a 12‑month fixed‑term position with the possibility of extension, offering the chance to work within a global energy leader focused on sustainable innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, upgrade and maintain the Quality Management System.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the QMS.
• Develop and deliver induction training to raise quality awareness among site employees.
• Communicate quality programs, standards and procedures to the quality team and plant staff.
• Participate in the creation of group tools for performance measurement.
• Recommend new quality policies or procedures to ensure high‑quality products, processes and services.
• Perform extensive statistical analysis and act on the results.
• Report regularly on system performance and new developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Quality (Engineering degree for Quality Engineer or equivalent qualification for Quality Analyst).
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of management systems.
