Quality Advisor

About the role

As a Quality Advisor you will own the site Quality Management System, ensure ISO 9001 compliance and drive quality excellence across the manufacturing plant. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will partner with operational teams to resolve issues, improve processes and deliver sustainable outcomes for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the site Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, customer, regulatory and Pact Group requirements.
• Drive QA/QC processes, oversee quality inspection activities and manage non‑conformances, customer complaints, CAPAs and investigations.
• Support internal and external audits, accreditation programmes and calibration of monitoring equipment.
• Analyse quality data, provide reporting and recommendations to leadership and partner with production, maintenance and sales teams to improve performance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on quality professional with manufacturing experience and a proactive, results‑focused approach.
• Proven experience managing quality systems in an ISO 9001‑certified environment and leading incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• ISO 9001 quality management system knowledge.
• SAP experience (highly regarded).
• Internal Auditor qualification (preferred).
