About the role
Join the Data Engineering team to ensure the quality and reliability of a new state‑of‑the‑art data platform on Google Cloud. You will work with BigQuery and support future machine‑learning initiatives that serve millions of Australians.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and execute test scripts for data pipelines, ETL processes and analytics solutions.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with Data Engineers and QA Leads.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in QA testing data‑centric solutions such as data warehouses or analytics platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within cross‑functional project teams.
Required skills
- SQL
- Jira
- CI/CD pipelines and automated test frameworks
- Testing of data pipelines, ETL processes and data warehouses
- Familiarity with Google Cloud services (e.g., BigQuery)
