Public Areas Attendant

About the role

Join the team at Novotel Brisbane South Bank and be the first point of contact for guests in our vibrant public spaces. As a Public Areas Attendant you will ensure that lobbies, corridors and other shared areas are spotless and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms and conference spaces.
• Anticipate guest needs, address issues promptly and contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Maintain adequate levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Collaborate with colleagues to keep a welcoming atmosphere.

Required profile

• Passion for the hospitality industry and high standards of customer service.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure immaculate public areas.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Friendly demeanor, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
