Property Management Field Specialist

About the role

This is a permanent, full-time, field-based position within On Road Services' On Road Services team, suited to someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently and delivering a high level of client service. You will manage the key field responsibilities of property management while working closely with the office team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a professional and approachable service to clients
• Carry out thorough and accurate routine property inspections
• Manage open homes and leasing appointments
• Handle property keys responsibly and accurately
• Assist renters in finding a new home
• Identify and communicate maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver seamless service

Required profile

• A current Agent's Representative Certificate
• A valid driver's licence
• A current police check
• Enjoyment of variety and being out on the road
• Dependable, detail-oriented and client-focused
