Project Manager - Security

About the role

This permanent full‑time position is based in our Sydney office and focuses on delivering security projects for Johnson Controls. You will lead projects from initiation through execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and prepare project deliverables required to initiate, develop, and execute assigned security projects.
• Provide leadership and manage projects to meet performance and contractual requirements.
• Monitor and regularly update project financial status.
• Ensure compliance with OHS&E standards and maintain high‑quality work.
• Manage customer and contractor relationships effectively.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous organizational initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong background in security/EAC solutions with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience.
• Extensive commercial security operational experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑service oriented with a passion for safety identification and resolution.
