Project Manager – Healthcare Operating Theatres

About the role

Stryker is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation and construction of its operating theatre solutions in Australian hospitals. The role involves managing large‑scale projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and control project budgets, liaise with third‑party providers, and oversee labour schedules across several concurrent projects.
• Coordinate with hospital staff, construction crews, and internal teams to guarantee smooth execution of installations.
• Prepare operating theatres for acceptance, manage the delivery of Stryker communication products, and supervise site logistics.
• Conduct After Project Reviews to evaluate outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive process and product efficiencies to enhance quality and speed of installations.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven track record of building collaborative relationships with key project stakeholders.
• Strong capability to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities.
• Experience solving complex product integration challenges.
• Willingness to travel and work remotely as project needs dictate.
