Project Manager – Civil Land Development

About the role

Manage land development projects from planning through construction, overseeing scope, schedule, budget and delivery while acting as the primary client contact.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate civil designers, engineers and consultants to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Plan resources with design leads, review progress and keep design delivery on track.
• Prepare and submit approval applications and liaise with authorities.
• Oversee tender and contract documentation with technical specialists.
• Monitor project performance, fees, invoicing, variations and risks.
• Support the growth of the Adelaide team by sharing knowledge and strengthening client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering land development projects, especially greenfield subdivisions and civil infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of the land development lifecycle, from design to construction.
• Experience managing project programs, budgets, resources and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with developers, authorities and multidisciplinary consultants.
• Commercial awareness of scope, fees, variations and financial performance.
• Proactive problem‑solver with sound judgement and attention to detail.
