Project Manager - Building Services

About the role

Join a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy in Perth as a Project Manager overseeing building services projects. You will act as the primary client contact, coordinate technical teams, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client expectations and provide regular project updates.
• Coordinate engineering teams, track deliverables against milestones, and review work for completeness and QA approvals.
• Monitor project scope, programme, budgets, and identify risks.
• Lead project meetings, follow up on actions, and maintain accurate project records.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in project management or engineering project delivery, preferably within an engineering consultancy or building services environment.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and keep multidisciplinary teams on track.
• Understanding of design coordination, documentation, and quality assurance processes.
• Relevant qualification in engineering, construction management or project management.
