About the role
Join an established commercial builder delivering major projects across South Australia. As a Project Coordinator you will support the Project Manager and site team, gaining exposure to all aspects of project delivery on $20M+ commercial developments.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project documentation, correspondence and reporting.
- Support procurement, subcontractor engagement and overall project administration.
- Assist with project programming, milestones, cost tracking and progress claims.
- Organise project meetings, actions and follow‑ups, maintaining accurate registers.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in commercial construction.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Strong organisational, coordination and commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with stakeholders.
Required skills
- Understanding of commercial construction processes and project delivery.
- Proficiency in project documentation and reporting.
