Project Controls Analyst

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support the Wave Stage 1 rail project, delivering 19km of dual‑track heavy rail between Beerwah and Caloundra. You will maintain project control systems, provide training to stakeholders, and ensure accurate cost and schedule reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support LinkedSite, LinkedOffice, and SEO project control systems, ensuring data integrity.
• Deliver training on LinkedSite and LinkedOffice to subcontractors, partners and internal teams.
• Manage month‑end reporting, keep records current and support cost‑control procedures.
• Assist the commercial team with claims, modifications and project forecasting.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and propose corrective actions.
• Support financial audits and maintain the project Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS).

Required profile

• Vocational training or degree in business, finance or accounting.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar project controls role.
• English and Spanish proficiency at B2 level.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP ERP and Power BI.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
