About the role
Pact Recycling, a division of Pact Group, is seeking Production Operators for its Wacol plant. The role involves working on the afternoon or night shift, Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities on weekends, to help process over 30,000 tonnes of plastic waste each year.
Key responsibilities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to ensure safe and efficient processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to meet product standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues to minimise downtime.
- Record and maintain accurate production information and logs.
Required profile
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar manufacturing role (preferred).
- Strong safety mindset and willingness to speak up.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Forklift licence (advantage).
- Ability to operate production machinery safely.
