Production Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Crown Melbourne is looking for a highly organised Production Logistics Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of events, activations and entertainment experiences. Working with internal stakeholders, suppliers and production teams, you will coordinate logistics, resources, labour and equipment so that events run safely, efficiently and to a high standard. It is a fast-paced, varied role combining event coordination, stakeholder management, production operations and technical production support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, labour and infrastructure for events and activations across the business
• Manage event production requirements, including equipment, suppliers and contractor coordination
• Prepare quotes, raise purchase orders and assist with financial tracking and reporting
• Coordinate the transportation, storage and inventory of production assets
• Support the day-to-day operation of the Production team
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand event requirements and provide production solutions
• Coordinate weekly production rosters and maintain key operational documentation
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives, compliance requirements and safety processes

Required profile

• Experience in event production, logistics, audiovisual operations, entertainment or a similar environment
• Strong planning and organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem solving and navigating operational challenges
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service
