Procurement Coordinator (Packaging & Trims)

About the role

Princess Polly is seeking a commercially‑minded Procurement Coordinator to manage the sourcing, development, forecasting and replenishment of packaging, trims, branding and consumables for its global retail and e‑commerce operations. Reporting to the Sustainable Procurement Manager, you will work within a fast‑paced fashion environment that values sustainability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate sourcing, development and replenishment of packaging, trims, tags and consumables across retail and e‑commerce channels.
• Manage artwork, sampling and approvals to ensure brand and quality standards are met.
• Source components such as mailers, retail bags and trims, balancing cost, quality, sustainability and lead times.
• Maintain supplier relationships, support cost optimisation, consolidation and process improvements.
• Support supplier reviews, benchmarking and annual tender processes.
• Monitor global stock levels, maintain minimum coverage and support forecasting and replenishment planning.
• Ensure timely stock availability for warehouses, stores and new store openings.
• Prepare monthly reports on usage, stock levels and supplier performance.
• Track purchase orders, invoices and rebates with Finance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Procurement, Merchandising, Retail Operations and Planning to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, merchandising or packaging coordination, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and supplier management abilities.
• Commercial mindset with negotiation and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Passion for sustainability, brand consistency and process improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with forecasting, inventory management or reporting systems.
