Process Worker

About the role

Temperzone is seeking enthusiastic Process Workers for its Blacktown manufacturing site to help produce high‑quality HVAC units. This is a permanent, full‑time, hands‑on position on the assembly line.

Key responsibilities

• Cut and install insulation on panels, assemble panels into chassis sub‑frames, and fit components onto bases.
• Fit fan assemblies, tubing, high‑pressure & low‑pressure switches, and sensor pockets.
• Measure, mark dimensions, and lay out materials according to engineering drawings.
• Locate and repair faults, maintain accurate records, and follow job sheets.
• Demonstrate and follow safe work practices and assist with other assembly functions as needed.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of handling hand tools and strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and dimensions.
• Strong understanding of safe work practices.
• Australian driver’s licence, reliable transport and right to work in Australia.
